Bill was a great person. My dad had the good fortune to work in the Loch family business and I will always be thankful to Bill and his family for that. Rest in Peace. Tom Becker

Nothing but good memories of Bill and family. Always had a smile and something nice to say. As a teenager I always thought he married the prettiest girl in town.

I ll always remember the many times I walked to Loch's Station and Every time I would Bill would smile and visit with me. I remember dad getting gas and he & dad would visit. As he filled the car with gas washed the windows and checked the oil, I would sometimes play with his girls..he was always nice to us when we played with his kids... Rest in Peace Bill I believe God has welcomed you into Heaven...

Remember cousin Bill and uncle Bill working at the Mobile station in Watkins. Always had felt good being there. Have missed the Loch's since living in NC since the late 60's. Both Father and Son were gentle and loving people.

I will always remember Bill's big smile and visiting him at the gas station. He always asked how I was doing in sports and showed a real interest in what I was doing. A very kind man. :)

My thoughts are out to the entire Loch Family. I have known the Loch family basically my entire life.
Bill was always out to our farm, hauling diesel fuel and gasoline for our tractors and combine. He was one magnificent gentleman, always soft spoken, and very polite.
Also, it was always fun seeing Bill on Men's night at the Kimball Golf Course.
Tom and Jack, and the entire Loch family- Bill will really be missed by everyone. The Loch family was always a big part of life in downtown Watkins. Bill possessed the special personality of his father, like all of the Loch Family.
