Annmarie Mowers
Rye - Annmarie Mowers, 82, of Rye, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 5, 2021.
She was born in Syracuse, NY on July 10, 1938 a daughter of the late John H. and Marie (Johannes) Keller.
Raised in Syracuse, where she met her husband of 41 years the late David L. Mowers who predeceased her in 1998 and together they moved to the seacoast area in 1976.
Annmarie and her late husband were active members of the Portsmouth Yacht Club for many years. She also volunteered at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital and was a former member of the Red Hat Society.
Surviving family members include her daughter, Lee Ann Downing of Rochester and son, David Mowers and his wife Paula of Newmarket.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brother, John H. Keller.
Visiting hours will be held from 4 - 6 PM on Monday, May 10, 2021 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home – Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton. Please visit www.RemickGendron.com to view Annmarie's memorial website, sign her tribute wall or for directions.
