Dear Debra & family and all who knew and shared Ardis"s life: This special person passed onto to an eternal life on my birthday September 15th. I was born on my father's birthday. And as I celebrate our day, I also celebrate remembering Ardis. I do miss his infectious laugh and smile. I have left Art Brass's employ recently but I will never forget his joyful presence in my work day life all the 12 years I knew him. He is not lost to us he is in our memories always. Dear Debra; love, hope, and prayers.

To Debra and the Clinton Family,
We are so sad to hear of the death of Ardis (Poochie) Clinton. It was such a joy to to have known him. He was always so happy and he had the ability to make even the "most hardened" crack a smile and laugh. He will be greatly missed. Our love, hugs and prayers for you as you grieve your loss. We are with you and here if you need ANYTHING.

To the Clinton Family, I find it so difficult to express the loss that I feel of "Poochie". When I think of one of my childhood friends moving into the next life far too young, I think about how we take life for granted. To think that he is not physically in this realm of life, I feel incredibly blessed that he brought laughter to my childhood days. I smile as I hear Poochie's laugh and reminded of his sense of humor. I know that your family has endured a great deal of grief this past year , but may God bless you with peace and comfort during these difficult times. Love to all and REST IN PEACE Poochie

The Best of Friends. He was my brother, my friend and a great inspiration. He ran a football like few others I have ever seen. It was a privilege to hand off to you and watch you run down the field. You had the Heart of a Lion.

Always Your Friend and I will always remember the fun times we had as kids.

Love and Peace My Friend

My Grandmother lived in Bremerton in the 1960's and 70's and knew the Clintons. She told me the family was moving to Olympia. Ardis and Denise arrived at Reeves Junior High in 1969 (?). Wow, what a delight they both were! Ardis was such a fun loving guy and incredible athlete. My junior and senior high school experience would not have been the same without Ardis. My sincere condolences to his family.

We will miss you and love you, Ardis, until our time, too slips away and we will all be reunited. Our prayers and love, and sympathies go out to Debra, Shirley, Ardis ll, all of Ardis's brothers and sisters, and Ardis's many true and wonderful friends, like us, whom simply cannot express our sorrow. Love to you all. I have attempted to add a picture of Darwin's and my wedding day, where Ardis was Darwin's best man and the beautiful Debra stood up for me. Words won't suffice. Love.
