Carole W. Wolfe

Carol W. WOLFE Carol Winn Wolfe, 80, after a long illness, died peacefully in her sleep during the early morning hours of October 4, 2002. Born February 3, 1922 in Charleston, W.V., she was raised in Mt. Healthy, Ohio and was a 1947 graduate of Wittenberg College, located in Springfield, Ohio. She married John M. Wolfe of Degraff, Ohio on August 14, 1948 and had two sons, John Winn Wolfe and Daniel Eric Wolfe. Daniel, who passed away this year on February 4, preceded her in death. Between 1954-1961 the Wolfe family lived in West Liberty, Ohio and then moved to Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her husband, John, her eldest son, John W.Wolfe, and three grandchildren: Shannah, currently a resident of Ohio and attending medical school at the University of Cincinnati; Noelle Marie, a high school sophomore: and, John-Paul, 13, both residing in Seattle. Services will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery in DeGraff, Ohio.
