Cyndi F. GEIGER Cyndi F. Geiger, age 61, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2011 at her home in Anacortes, Washington with her family at her side. She was born December 13, 1949 in Bellingham, Washington to Donald T. (Spud) and Betty (Lisherness) Walley. Cyndi grew up in Sedro-Woolley and graduated from Sedro-Woolley High School with the Class of 1968. She was married to Steven Geiger on September 5, 1969 at the Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Sedro-Woolley. She resided in Seattle, Lynnwood and in Mountlake Terrace for 30 years before moving to their home in Anacortes 7 years ago. Cyndi worked as a VP/Area Director for Ciber Inc. in Kirkland in the IT consulting industry for many years. Cyndi loved her work along with enjoying flowers, cooking, traveling, and camping. She loved her grandchildren and being with Steven and she will be remembered as being the glue that keeps the family together. Cyndi was very good to her family and was very forgiving and she will be remembered for taking care of her Dad after her mother Betty's passing. Cyndi is survived by her husband, Steven Geiger of the family home in Anacortes; her son, Anthony Geiger and his wife Tawna and their children, Alexis Nichole and Isabella Betty Geiger of Marysville; 3 brothers, Randy Walley and his wife Sandra of Aubrey, Texas, Shane Walley and his wife Kim of Burlington, and Don Walley of Shoreline; her mother-in-law, Imogene Geiger; and her sister-in-law, Lamarr Coler and her husband Bruce all of Mill Creek; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty in 1998, her father, Donald in 2009, and her father-in-law, Warren Geiger in 2001. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 2:00PM at Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley with Pastor Jim Terry of the First Assembly of God Church of Anacortes officiating with inurnment services to follow at the Sedro-Woolley Union Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Sedro-Woolley Community Center. Memorials are suggested to the Cancer Center at Island Hospital in Anacortes. Cindy and I were next door neighbors for 8 years on Jameson St. in Sedro-Woolley. Great memories of the Walley Family. I will miss her dearly. What a brave, happy, positive soul. I love you Cindy. Love Sally

Steve, Tony and family, our thoughts and prayers are with your family in your time of sorrow. Cyndi was always the light in the room, she had a way to make people feel special, she was kind, caring, and full of love. She will be missed on this earth greatly, but Heaven will rejoice for her presence.

Cindis, family I remember all the good times we had as kids growing up on Jameson street. and especially when the house was being raced to put a basement under your family home. I wonder how many toys we left there?
