Dean Scott Obituary
Dean Scott, 92, longtime resident of Redmond, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2014 at the Evergreen Hospice Center in Kirkland Washington, after a courageous and extended battle with cancer.
Dean was preceded in death by partner, Delores (Terrell) Scott, son, Dean (Danny) Scott of Redmond and grandson S.J. Moses of San Francisco.
He is survived by his daughters, Darlene Scott of Bellevue, and Dana Scott Woodbury of Redmond (husband Chris), his grandchildren, Dylan, Kiana, Ciara and Faith, and his beloved dog Poker.
Dean enjoyed life, friends, giving advice and was avid spectator sports fan. A charismatic, magnetic and lovable man that will best be remembered for his avant-garde entrepreneurial skills, his larger than life Texas personality, outrageous colorful language, quick wit and sense of humor, but most of all for his big heart and his extraordinary generosity.
The family would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Johanna Bracamonte, for her exceptional care giving and loving kindness shown during the last months of Dean's life, as well as the wonderful support from Evergreen Hospice Center staff.
Graveside service will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Redmond, WA on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 @ 2:00 p.m.
