George Robert Hetherington

Our beloved dad, George Robert Hetherington, age 88, passed away November 12, 2015 at Everett WA. George was born November 18, 1926 in Snoqualmie Valley, WA. He grew up in Fall City, WA and moved to Shoreline in 1953, where he resided until he moved to Lynnwood in August.

Survived by his wife Janet and daughters Pamela Keese, Lynda Palmer (Alan) and Roxanne Adams (Lance). Also 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

George was a member of Local 32 United Assoc of Plumbers & Steamfitters. He retired from Johnson Controls in 1990. He was in the Navy for 48 years, including the Reserves

Upon retirement he traveled the world and made friends wherever he went. Anyone that met Dad always said, he was the sweetest man they ever met.

A memorial will be held November 29, 2015 from Noon to 3:00 p.m. at Everett Community College, Henry M. Jackson Conference Center 2000 Tower St. Everett WA.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or American Kidney Fund.
