Heidi Wasson Doriguzzi

1978 ~ 2015

In Memory of our dear Heidi, who passed away one year ago, October 9, 2015 at age 37 from a sudden pulmonary embolism. We miss her every day.

Heidi graduated from Kentridge High (1996) and earned a degree in Biology from the Univ of Washington (2002). She had a long career with Lowes as Asst Manager at stores in Tukwila, Auburn, Bonney Lake, and Puyallup.

In 2004, Heidi married the love of her life, Mark Doriguzzi, who describes their 15 years together as the best years of his life. Heidi would agree...they were inseparable. They shared a love of the Huskies, Seahawks, Mariners, and Sonics, and enjoyed vacations to Hawaii, Las Vegas, Pennsylvania, and Florida, trout fishing, boating and concerts. Heidi and Mark especially enjoyed time with nieces and nephews Jordyn and Jaxsyn Keith, and Jocelyn, Carly, Emma, and Aria Doriguzzi.

The shock and sadness of losing Heidi is softened by the kind words of so many people touched by her warm heart and big smile.

Heidi is missed by her mom Renee Wasson (Bob Hickle), dad Steve Wasson (Karin Valenzona), sister Megan Keith (Jason), grandma Madeleine Wasson, aunt/uncle Lorraine and Jon Comen and cousins Nicole and Carrie and their families, aunt/uncle Molly and Bob Pelland and cousins Noel and Michaela; Mary Brand, Julie Wasson, Chuck Grove, Bill Rearick, and the entire Doriguzzi family, Joe, Susan, Tony, Jared and their families. Heidi is also missed by many friends, and co-workers at Lowes.

Heidi's beloved grandpa, Richard Wasson, passed away three months before her, and her loving great-aunt/uncle MaryJane and Don Wasson, both passed in the four months after. We believe they all enjoy heaven together, on their favorite beach in Hawaii.
