Jonathan Lee Tobin

Jonathan was born in Duluth Minnesota, November 14, 1954. The family moved to the Seattle area in 1955. Jonny passed away at the age of 64 on January 17, 2019 at home with the loving personal care of his family. Jonny was preceded in death by his father James Tobin Sr. and brothers, Timothy Tobin, Joseph Tobin (Jonny's twin), Tom Maillet, James Tobin Jr. and stepfather John W. Maillet.

Jonathan is survived by his mother, Joanne Maillet of Bellevue; sister Christine Yeckley of Redmond, sister Janet Sundt (Peter) of Paulden AZ, brother Mark Maillet (Kristina) of Woodinville, and sister Angela Maillet of Issaquah along with numerous aunts, uncles nieces and nephews and his long time partner Evey Cararangdang.

Jonny served 7 years in the military, 4 years with the Army, the 101st Airborne Division and 3 years in the Navy on the Nimitz. Following his service, he worked as a CNA for many years. Jonny's favorite pastime was fishing.

An open house will be held at the Maillet Family Home in Bellevue on Sat., February 2 at 1:00 pm.

We will be loving and missing you sweet, sweet Jonny!!!! Hope the fishing is great in heaven!

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Providence Hospice of Seattle.
