Suzy and I knew each other through our years in Bible Study Fellowship and she was my wonderfully encouraging "Mary Kay" lady. I moved away a year ago and have thought of her so often this last year. About 2 years ago she, with her beautiful chipper smile and spirit, following her diagnosis and chemo-said that she felt she was in a "win win"-if the chemo was successful she could continue doing her work for the Lord and if not, she would be with the Lord in heaven. This beautiful blessing will be with me always as she so loved life, loved sharing Christ, and loved her Lord Jesus. When I heard of her passing, I mourned our loss on earth but rejoice that she is experiencing the glory she so anticipated! May you be blessed with wonderful memories of her kindness and impact on others as well as her spirit filled life.

All my thoughts and prayers are with John & Betty, Allan & Susan & their families, especially my neices Roxanne & April and my nephew Mark on the passing of Auntie Suzy. I have many fond memories of Princess Warrior. She'd come to our place in Packwood and visit and all my kids enjoyed her visits, trips to karaoke, stories of visits to Haiti, and her compassion for people and her church.
My favorite memory was during one of her chemo treatments two years ago, when she sat on our porch and told us she wanted her hair to come in long, and flaming red like Maureen O'Hara's, because everytime it came in it was either darker or lighter or curly, she never knew what to expect, so she was wishing. I never could see her with red hair, but it's a favorite memory. I am so glad she is at peace and is with her parents and George. Jan Anderson
