My heart goes out to you Joy. Mike's passing was so sudden. I will always have the memory of all of us on that Saturday night before he passed in his room, laughing and telling old stories while he slept peacefully.

I will surely miss all the jokes Mike has told me over the years as well. :)

My heart hurts for the boys losing their grandpa - they loved him so very much. We are here for you always, and love you very much. You continue to be in my prayers.

All my love,

Mike will be greatly missed by many. I am honored to say that I first met Mike and his family in 1982 when I first began employment with his company. I worked for Construction Credit Services/Corp for total of about 10 years. It was then that I learn how how much care and compassion Mike had for others. Mike has always been a great man of business, family and friends. Mike has made a very personal impacting change in my life (for the better). Not only was I an employee, I gained the feeling of being a part of "His" family. I carry that with me today. I am deeply saddened, as I have lost a member of "My" family. I love you so much Mike and will miss you greatly. My prayers goes out to Joy and the rest of Mike's family and friends that God will be near and help ease the pain of his absence. May we always remember the good times and laughs along the way. His spirit lives on!

Dear Joy and family, I very much enjoyed working with Mike and came to know him through the business. I never met him in person but he was always wonderful to talk to about business matters and just visiting. I am from Texas and we spoke of our families there. He was always so helpful to me and VECA Electric. He will be missed. I am sorry for your loss.

To Mike's family, co workers and friends: My family is so sad to hear of Mike's death- thank you so much for letting us know. Hearing the sad news has been a shock. We worked with Mike for the entire time we were in business. Calling Mike for help was reassuring, and while we never met in person, he was a warm, funny and super helpful person. For over 20 years we counted on him for construction credit info and he was a pleasure to work with. Our heart goes out to your family for the huge loss of such a fine man. With great sympathy, the Andersons at Woodinville Truss, Inc.

Mike always had a smile and a cheerful energy about him. He has helped our family in more ways than one with his generous spirit. I'll always think of him whenever I see a chess board. He won so many times I refused to play him and left the game to be lost by better sports than myself, Jason and Tim.
He will be greatly missed.
