Michael Westcot Obituary

Michael Lord WESTCOT Born February 23, 1957 in Sacramento, Ca. Passed away peacefully in Roseville, Ca. March 23, 2003. Loving father of Sara Westcot; son of George and Jackie; brother to Virginia Wells, George, Patty and Duane Westcot. Affectionate uncle to Johnny Wells and Jack Westcot. Much loved by innumerable caring friends. Mike was a graduate of Western Washington State University. Mike was a lover of history, the outdoors, the Northwest, sailing, teaching, reading and music. His sense of humor, intellect and ease of laughter will be missed by all that knew him, and his wry charismatic wit dazzled us all. Mike's thought provoking perspective of life made us all better people. His sincere love of his friends and family added to his passion for life. Mike loved tutoring children, and did so until his health no longer permitted. His absence leaves a vacuum in all our lives. Services will be held Friday April 4, 11:00 a.m. at St. Madeleine Sophie Catholic Church, 4400 130th Pl. S.E., Bellevue, WA.

To lose Mike is very sad, and truly a loss for all of the Marshall family. Mike was a true friend, and a fine man. We will miss him. I am sure Kim and Mike are enjoying each others company as they did when they were here with us. We send our love to your family. Hugs, Connie
