My heart is saddened and it is hard to come to terms with what has happened to dear Rachel. She was the sweetest, kindest person I met when I came to Washington. I miss her, even though we did not meet often, but always the same as though we had just parted. I will keep her memory in my heart, and will wait the day we are reunited when Jesus returns to take us to be at His side. My love and sympathies to her loving family who has made me feel a part.

To the Kalebu family in Uganda and elsewhere, my husband and I are most saddened by Rachel's passing. Everything else is awful but we pray to God to help you come to terms with this tragic death and loss. Deborah Mugerwa and Stanley Mulumba

Mamma Ray was the most kind person I have ever met in this world. She loved all God's human nature . Discrimination was never part of her vocabulary. She was ever forgiving whatever great mistake one did. Her arms were always open for any one who needed them. Ooooh mummy you will be dearly missed by your daughter Christine Luwedde. May her soul rest in peace.

We knew we had a special neighbor in Rachel. We saw God's love in her when she was taking care of her mother and her brother, Daniel. Rachel is inspirational to me...she showed me how much more I have to give. We miss her and we know we were priviledged to have her for our neighbor. I still talk to her every day because she will never leave me. She's in my heart forever. God Bless you Rachel.

I meet Rachel at the Tacoma Pierc County Health Dept.
It was many years ago.
We developed a sincere relationship, and often shared our deep love for GOD.
Rachel was a peacemaker. She never said
an unkind word.
She radiated the love of God, wherever she went.
God's word says."Blessed are the peacmakers, for they shall inherit the kingdom of God.
My Dear Sister and friend is now rejoicing in her inheritance, and I feel it is to soon.
She loved her family unconditionally.
I still cannot believe this has occurred. I will trust God and God alone in his infinite wisdom.
Be Blessed, Shauna Weatherby
