Robert Sean Gibbins, age 45, died May 13, 2013 in California, where he had been living the past 3 years. Graduated from Ballard High School and attended Shoreline Community College. Survived by his parents, Robert G. and Patricia Gibbins, his sister Amy Hale, and niece Jessica, and nephew Ryan. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm on June 28, 2013 at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Seattle.

They say that pain is only felt by those left behind. Sean was one of my closest adult friends. I am stunned by his loss. God speed dear friend. Keep an eye on earth and heaven for us. We'll see you in the after.

I am so sorry for your loss. Sean was a big part of our lives from high school until the early 2000s. I will always remember the good times we had.
