As a boy and later as an adult leader in Troop 167, I came to know many boys and their families. The Moore boys and their parents were great contributors to the active troop. I don't remember any specific, funny stories involving Bob, but I clearly remember his dedication and willingness to be involved. Whether it was while slogging along on a 50-miler or when going with the troop into the lunchroom at View Ridge for a monthly Court of Honor ceremony, Bob was there, quietly helping. His godly manner and attitude helped set a tone that influenced many growing boys and men. He will be missed. May God bless his family with fond memories to fill the emptiness until we meet again.
