Thank you Bill for giving me your greatest treasure, your daughter Desiree. Thank you for being a role model as father, husband, grandfather and friend. I will always respect and appreciate your loving patience, integrity and endurance with people through joy and tragedy.Thank you for helping me to become a better man, father and husband through your example of how to treat others. Thank you when asked "how ya doing dad" responding with "Super!" even though at times you were hurting inside. You are the most positive person I've ever known. I will do my best to pass along these values taught to your great grand children and beyond. They will always know what a great man their grandpa was. If the mouth speaks what the heart is full of yours was filled with love. Please say hi to all our loved ones up there in heaven especially my dad and my grandson. I look forward to seeing you and others again soon. Until then, you will always be in heart and mind where all my most treasured possessions live.
Love, son Joe.

I worked with Bill in the late 60's. Bill was my supervisor and had to lay me off during the massive layoffs in '69 & '70. In 1973, another supervisor asked Bill about me, and upon his recommendation, I was rehired back into Boeing. I worked with Bill for several years, and I have fond memories of Bill. I also attended a retirees lunch with Bill at Little Jon's for several month's, and we always had a good time. I will certainly miss Bill. Fred Bonk

I am so grateful that I have gotten to know Bill for the past 9 years. Bill being a lonely widower and my mother being another lonely widower, decided that they enjoyed each other's company. We have joining them going to life events, vacations and birthday celebrations. I am glad that Bill and my Mom were able to have a companion by their side, looking out for each other until the end. Our family will dearly miss Bill.

I met Bill while working at BCS back in '70s. We became friends later on and my wife Marianne and I spent many happy time with both Bill and Donna. This included they both celebrating Greek Easter with our family and friends. (I reacall Bill and I had a few shots of Ouzo during those celebrations) Bill, Donna, Marianne and I met many times at Lil Jons enjoying their giant cinnaman rolls. Bill was a very special friend.

This is a great loss for East Bellevue's residents. Bill was a neighborhood champion and responsible for making sure our community was protected. He will inspire me always.

Dad's health was failing slowly, but this was due to a tragic fall as he was leaving his sisters memorial he fell hitting his head hard resulting in two masive brain bleeds and as he slipped immediately into an unconscious state we knew it was just a matter of time, then three days later slipping away.

Dad will be missed by Family and Friends from near and far, we can take some comfort in knowing he is with his wife Donna and his Mother and Father Fern and Sven and more.

Family meant a great deal and Second Sunday's will go on.

My late husband, David worked with Bill at BCS and we had many good times with he and Donna. He was a wonderful person. I also did his travel and one trip he would not tell Donna where they were going, just to bring casual clothes!! He will be missed-keep an eye on my David up there!
