Candy, I was shocked and saddened to hear of Toms passing. I have not seen him in a few years but I have never forgotten him. I cut his hair for years and I loved every minute of his time in my Barber Shop. He leaves a vacancy that cannot be filled. I am very lucky to have known him. He posessed all the qualities that great human beings do. He was a gift in my life. I wish you all the very best. Love, Jeanne Virgin

Dear Candy,
I just received word of Tom's passing and was very saddened. I always enjoyed working with Tom when we were at D I/O. I'll always remember when he arrived at the company so full of life and it's possibilities, reinvigorating all of us.
My thoughts are with you and your family.
Sincere regards,
Mick Campbell

I worked for Tom at Data I/O and was the recepient of mentoring and job search help from him afterwards. Thomas R Clark was a man that saw value in everyone. He cared.

Dear Candy and Family,
I was so sorry to hear about Tom. I have not seen him or you in many years but I can remember our days at Tek like they were yesterday. It was TC who brought me to Oregon and he was my boss for most of the time we were at Tek. He was always fun to be around and a good man to work for. In the few days since I have heard about his passing I have been thinking of the fun and not-so-fun things we shared. I am sorry he is gone.

As a co-worker, a Manager, a friend, Tom was one of the most respected and admired people I knew at Data I/O. I was deeply saddened to hear of his untimely passing.

Candy & Family,
So sorry to hear of this. It's been a long time since I have seen you, but I still remember the girls (very young) and you. Tom really did love you all - he really was a "family" guy at heart.
I enjoyed being Tom's first secretary at Tektronix (that he hired). He was a great boss and we learned a lot of "business procedures" together, along with Mack, Rick, Darrell and all the rest.
My thoughts are with you all.

There are no words that can express my deep sorrow at your loss. Tom was one of the most influential people in my life, a tireless worker and a consummate professional I watched him save all those jobs and it was amazing! He truly cared about each and everyone of us. Tom Clark walked with integrity and a truly caring heart. I feel blessed to have known him.

Dear Candy, Ashleigh and Jenny:
Gary, Ryan and I were so saddened when we heard from Darla about Tom. I know there are no words that can adequately describe the pain you must be feeling. We can only imagine how much you will miss him.
Your family has always been a model for others - loving and enjoying life and each other, and reaching out in the community. We pray that, while you grieve, the many memories of happy times will help you through each day.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
With much love,
Gary, Judy and Ryan Heck

Goodbye from a past friend and co-worker.
Our sincerest sympathies to the family from your friends in Beaverton, OR.
Tom was truly an inspriation to me, and a foundation to my career.
I have fond memories from Tom's early days, especially our jaunt thru Northern Italy, Austria, and Southern Germany. This was Tom's first experience with Europe on the lighter side. I hope this trip inspired him to extend these memories to his family.
I also have a lot of free coffee memories from the infamous "3-coin" coffee game. I am sure that Tom purchased a lot of coffee for many friends thru the years. The stats are somewhere...
Peace.

I will miss Tom alot he was not just a Boss but he also became my friend. He was the most sweet, understanding, Brillant, intellegent, full of energy person I knew. While working at Birdstep we all were a family and I cherish that so much. He was always there rooting everyone on and loved his job.
My great moment is Tom introducing me to the quarters game where the loser has to buy Starbucks coffee for everyone (that could get costly HAHA). They would play it outside my door and of course he said call my name to come play. He said if I lost he would pay since this was my first time. I always stood by Tom that was the rule and I didn't lose to often and he rarely lost. Well I got hooked to the game and pretty soon at 2:00 pm we all gathered to play and we had up to 7-8 people playing. Tom even kept track of wins and loses for everyone. This was just not a game it was a break in our day to laugh and enjoy each others company for just a few minutes.
Tom love you three dearly all he talked was about his family I heard about the girls and the times he shared with you. Candy you were his rock and he loved you so much and through him I got to met you and I thank him for that.
He will be deeply missed and one day I will see him again.
