What an amazing and accomplished man. He truly has a caring and loving heart. My heart and prayers go out to his family. He is definitely in Gods memory. May he Rest In Peace.

Tom hired me to teach at Issaquah Valley Elementary while I was doing student teaching there in the Master's program of the University of Washington. He was a masterful leader for all of us. He was without doubt one of the most forward and progressive thinkers I've worked for. His effect on teaching in Issaquah at that time was electric. His influence lasted for many, many years even after he was gone. He empowered teachers and gave them room to innovate and excel in their work. I am so proud to have known him. Please accept my deepest condolences.
