I was Caleb's Supervisor at Owens Corning and just retired after 25 years in the United States Air Force. I felt he had a natural leadership ability, so I spent a lot of time with him at work. We discussed many things such as leadership and team building concepts, which he seemed to take very seriously. It showed right away as the people that worked for him during the company's recent project would do anything for him and never questioned why. I wish I had 10 more just like him. He will be missed and I will never forget him. Andrew Van Houten
