Caylee Marie Cramer, 14, of Houstonia, MO, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, at University Hospital in Columbia, MO. She was born on November 21, 2009, in Marshall, MO, the daughter of Nathan A. Cramer and Natausha Renay Martin, who reside in Houstonia.
Caylee, a vibrant freshman at Northwest High School, Hughesville, was more than just a student. She was a passionate volleyball player and an active member of FCCLA. Her love for sprint car races in Sweet Springs was infectious, just like her laughter and smile. She found joy in simple pleasures like swimming and watching sunsets. Her playful nature made her the life of every family gathering. Caylee's kindness and gentle heart were evident in her love for the Lord. She cherished her time with her mom, family, friends, and her dog, Phoenix. Caylee's natural caregiving instincts were a testament to her boundless love for others.
In addition to her parents, Caylee is survived by a sister, Audree Cramer; a brother, Landyn Cramer, both of the home; maternal grandparents, Jennifer and Brian Evans of Slater, MO; Tony and Christina Martin of Clarksville, AR; paternal grandparents, Brenda and Bob Cramer of Houstonia, MO; and numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Cassandra Martin.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Rea Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Misty Benson officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
The burial will be at Houstonia Cemetery, Houstonia, MO.
Pallbearers will be Wally Hall, Lloyd Green, Tony Martin, Anthony Martin, Brian Evans, and Braydon Rayl.
Honorary bearers will be Nick Hall, Jason Hall, Sam Hall, and Dean Hall.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
