Jessica Ann Taylor, 34, of Sedalia, MO passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021, at her home. She was born on April 10, 1987, in Sedalia, the daughter of Timmie and Lisa Allee, who reside in Sedalia.
On April 10, 2016, in Sedalia, she was united in marriage to Dominique Taylor who resides in Sedalia.
Jessica graduated from Smith-Cotton High School in 2005. She worked as a Certified Medication Aide at Twin Oaks Assisted Living. Jessica always had a smile on her face, and her boys were her world, she loved them with all of her heart. DJ was her little sidekick and she always said, DJ would play in the NBA one day. Jeremiah was her little mini me. She loved cuddling with her boys and watching movies. Jessica loved spending time with her family. She was stubborn like her Mama, and would say, "I'm just like my Mama!." She loved hanging out with her friends and listening to anything they needed to talk about. Jessica has a big caring heart and she will be greatly missed and always remembered by all who knew her. Till we see you again... we will always love you.
In addition to her husband and parents, Jessica is survived by two sons, Dominique Jerome Taylor, II and Jeremiah Andrew Davis Taylor; five sisters, Angela Allee, Corissa Butts (Joshua), Meghan Allee Davis (Christopher), Mikenzie Allee (Evan Meloy), Coleta Tull Winkler (Ben); two brothers, Treshaun Allee and Daniel Howard; paternal grandmother, Marjorie Allee; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and a special friend, Sarah Bell.
Jessica is preceded in death by her brother, Mitchell Allee; niece, Lindsey Winkler; uncle, Ricky Routon; maternal grandparents, John Butterbaugh and Vera Richardson Routon; and paternal grandfather, Vernon Lee Allee.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 3, 2021, at Rea Funeral Chapel with Pastor Rusty Thomas officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Timmie Allee, Treshaun Allee, Evan Meloy, Josh Butts, Desmond Taylor, and Lionel Williams.
Honorary bearers will be Harley Allee, Jazminn Butts, Zanah Butts, Vera Allee, Taelynn Davis, Klayre Davis, Angel Davis, Messiah Taylor, and Josh Winkler.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
