KENNETH FRANCIS SCHUBER
HUGHESVILLE — Kenneth Francis Schuber, 66, of Hughesville, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at his home. He was born on May 16, 1950 in Sedalia, MO, the son of James Leo and Helen Paulene (Moriarty) Schuber, who preceded him in death.
On May 17, 1975 in Sedalia, MO, he was united in marriage to Virginia R. Chamberlin, who survives of the home.
Kenny grew up in the Hughesville community, where he graduated from Northwest High School in 1968. He was in the first graduating Ag class at State Fair Community College in 1971. Kenny was a lifelong farmer, who loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed spending very long days at farm auctions.
Besides his wife Virginia, he is also survived by three children, Samuel Schuber (Elizabeth) of Flemington, MO, Molly Schuber of Hughesville, and Kenneth Charles Schuber of Hughesville; three brothers, Dennis Schuber of Hughesville, Mike Schuber of Sedalia and Wayne Schuber (Cheryl) of Hughesville; two sisters, Mary Beatty (Tom) of Sedalia and Maureen Strebb (Steve) of Sedalia; a sister-in-law, Tonya Schuber Johnson of Hughesville; and five grandchildren, Hannah, Haley, Kassandra, Jackson and Jacob Schuber.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Leo Donald Schuber.
A graveside memorial service will be held at High Point Cemetery in Hughesville to be announced at a later date.
The family is grateful for the condolences, and asks that donations to be gifted to Rea Funeral Chapel in lieu of flowers.
