Betty Lance Obituary
Betty was born on Jan. 26, 1927, in Pendleton, Ind., the daughter of Harry and Mabel (Hill) Collier. She had retired from American Seating Company after serving many years as a sewer. She enjoyed being outdoors, gardening and animals.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Lance; a son, Donald Lance Jr.; and a daughter, Jean Lance.
Betty is loved and survived by her children, Jim Lance of Belding, Cheryl and Joe Curler of Fenwick, and Dennis Lance of Seattle, Wash.; her grandchildren, David, Hannah, Tabitha, Tyler, Trevor, Jessica, Adam, Richard, Nick, Justin, Mike, Donnie, Sally, Clint and Amanda; her great-grandchildren, Braxton, Jalen, Jada and Julian; and one brother, Jack Collier of Ionia.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no public services will be held. Memorials may be given to the Belding Library. Cremation services have been entrusted to Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home in Belding. Messages of condolence may be given at www.jffh.com.
