Janet Miller Obituary

Janet Marie Miller, 65, Shelbyville, died Monday, March 14, 2022 at U. of L. Jewish Hospital following an illness. A native of LaGrange, she was the daughter of Katheryn Walker Miller and the late James Mott Miller. In addition to her father, one son, Ronald Calvin Gaunce, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her devoted companion of 15 years, Jonathan Scott Sharp of Shelbyville; three daughters, Tammy Tooley (David Vick) of Millersburg, Lisa Gaunce of Winchester and Tonya Payton (Deron) of Shelbyville; her mother, Katheryn Miller of New Castle; nine siblings, Teresa Goben (Donnie) of LaGrange, Verna Cathy Pettit (Dallas) of Cynthiana, Jimmy Miller (Penny) of Cropper, Karen Searcy of New Castle, Dorothy Miller (Henry Taylor) of Eminence, Doris Miller, Anthony Miller and Alan Miller, all of New Castle and Billy Joe Miller (Kim) of Port Orange, FL; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, March 18, 2022 at Webb Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.
