Funeral services for Barbara Sue Dvorak, 81, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Dvorak was born on April 30, 1940, in Vian to Sid McFadden and Jewell (Patterson) McFadden. She died on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, in Las Colinas, Texas.
She was a member of Hillside Pentecostal Church of God in Gans. She enjoyed working in the church as a youth leader, Sunday School teacher and minister.
She married Lee R. Dvorak on June 16, 1956, in Wichita, Kan. He preceded her in death on Oct. 6, 2014.
Survivors include three children, Vic and Mariena Dvorak, Randy Dvorak and Shelly and Brian Crawford; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.; and one brother, Wendell and Marilyn McFadden.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jeffery Wayne; and one sister, Velma Stafford.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Atkins, Jeff Dvorak, Brad McFadden, Britt McFadden, Brian Crawford and Gary Russell.
Viewing will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home in Sallisaw.

Barbara, Lee, and their family were so very dear to me. I consider them my family. She will be missed but I am so glad she is reunited with her feisty husband and rejoicing with the Father!
