Dr. C was my best doctor, he had discovered that I had an incompetent cervix and that having a baby would be difficult. When I became pregnant he was there to help me get through it when I lost the pregnancy. He was always there for his paitients. He will be missed

Uncle Al,
You are the closest uncle I've had the honor & pleasure to know. On behalf of my mother Isolina, brothers and sisters whom remain grateful to you and other supporting family and friends. We remember and thank you, and Aunt Lois and your family for your open & welcoming arms to our immigrating family at your doorstep back in ’63. Those were truly wonder years and although it was a short visit - you did not disappoint, but helped tremendously in our transition to our new home. Remembering years later you and Tia Anabela’s generosity upon my visit to your home - I also hold dear our conversations, your graciousness and openness when I asked about our family history.
I want to thank you for your humor, honesty, integrity and leadership and inevitably for lifting all of us family members a little if not in spirit, but also in association to your legacy. Salud! & God Bless you and your family.

When I said goodbye to Alberto in the hospital, I told him I would especially miss his many wonderful stories of growing up in Lima, going to school in Mexico City, and practicing for so many years in San Francisco. His love for all the people in his life is a great inspiration. I thank him every day for permitting me to marry his delightful daughter!

I was a patient of Dr. Consiglieri for over 20 years. I was fortunate that he delivered my 2 now grown daughters. However I never simply thought of Dr. Consiglieri as my doctor~ He was always much more than that to me, almost honestly as a father figure, a warm trusting soul. He guided me through many difficult times & decisions in my life, always with that special kindness & sweetness, especially that intense dignity & integrity that he possessed when he listened and spoke. He never judged but always advised in his soft spoken manner ... and only If you asked for advice. He possessed such a warm, welcoming spirit.
Thank God I was fortunate enough to have spent an hour with him the week prior to his passing, an hour I will forever treasure & be grateful for. I was finally able to tell him personally how much I had always respected him, how much he had helped me throughout my life, how he had helped me make major decisions in my life, all for my betterment & how much I had esteemed him as the gentleman and also the gentle-man that he always was.
He told me and I will remember him this way ... He was finally "En las maños de Dios" and he truly seemed at peace. I have not one doubt that is where he is now. My heartfelt condolences to you Anabella & his children & grandchildren. Thank you for sharing your wonderful Gentle-Man with me...

QEPD.

My grandfather took me on my first trip to a foreign country, Peru, which is a part of his heritage. It was amazing to have the opportunity to see that part of his life, and to know that it is my heritage as well. I traveled to Machu Picchu and explored the Inca ruins. I have many wonderful memories of time spent with my grandfather, both in Peru and during my second trip to Mexico with him and family. He made me feel loved anytime that I was around him, or even if I just picked up the phone to call him. He also listened to me and encouraged me in any endeavor I wished to pursue. I will remember him as generous, attentive, loving, and leading by example – love your family, pursue your dreams, and enjoy your passions.

If it had not been for this wonderful man, my siblings and I would not have know Disneyland as children. He was wonderful to my mother and grandmother. He was beyond compassionate. When I was pregnant with my first son he gave me his heart felt congratulations with his heart warming smile and warm hands. He picked me up at school when I was burning up with fever, and bought cereal that we didn't need, opened his home and beautiful pool to us. I was always in wonder of him. He gave me an example of the type of man I wanted as a father for my children, and I am lucky enough to have him. I thank Alberto for that. We have lost a wonderful human being, and will feel that loss. I will remember his compassion and kindness and try to live it, to keep his spirit alive.

This was my daughter's doctor at Seton Medical Center until she moved to Sonoma, California. He had a great personality and his medical decisions were always excellent. My deepest sympathy to his family for their loss.

Crossing the Bar
Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,
But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.

I was his first Medical Assistant My fond memory was when he gave my son and I a ride home after work. He would say "Carlitos do you want to drive and he would put my son on his lap and Carlito's thought he was really driving. Dr. C, that this how I would address him an many of my co-workers and he did not mind it. He was a gentle man and great with his patients. He will be missed very much but not forgotten.

Dr. C was one of my kindest doctors. He diagnosed me correctly after a bad experience with a misdiagnosis. I remember Lupe, his assistant, with fondness as well. Rest in Peace, Dr. Consiglieri. My condolences to the family.

Dad was a superb role model for how to live a balanced life. He gave
his all to the work he loved, but also
made time to play - with family, friends, traveling...He was my first dance partner, and I'm eternally grateful for the love of music we shared. Some of my best family memories over the years have
been the hours spent eating and talking around his kitchen table.
Save me a dance, Dad, and a place at the table.
Love, Bambi
