Friends are invited to visit on Wed., August 9, 2017, which would've been her 91st birthday, from 3–6pm and attend a Vigil service at 6pm, at Duggan's Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thu., August 10, 2017 at 11am at the Church of the Epiphany, 827 Vienna St., SF. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Prayers and love to the Salazar family, Blanca was a beautiful and wonderful woman inside and out and I am so glad I had gotten to know her for all these years. I will miss her.
