Cecilia K. Miner Frey passed away peacefully on September 30, 2017 with her family by her side. Ceal was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, friend, and loyal San Francisco Giants fan. She was tough as nails with a heart of gold and will truly be missed. No services will be held at her request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice by the Bay or the American Foundation for the Blind.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
