Chuck, along with a great group of guys broke me in at the old Mission Station 30 years ago. He always amazed me at how he could smile through the worst of things. A good cop and a better man. RIP

Vicki- your dad was so funny and so welcoming. I loved stopping by and catching up--I always left happier than when I arrived. I hope I can confront tough times with the determination, dignity, and good-humor that Mr. Collins did.

Mrs. Collins, Chuckie, Johnny & Vicky - The impact that your husband and father had on me and my family is unmeasurable. Your father has taught me, now that I am an adult, what it is to be a good friend as an adult. I have written this to Mrs. Collins and she can share. May Mr. Collins now find peace and comfort in God's presence. And for you - I share, "The Lord sees the good people and listens to their prayers", 1 Peter 3:12. You are good people, the prayers will be heard. Peace and much love,
