I´m so sorry to hear Charlie has left us. I no longer live in the area and just found out and too late to go to the celebration of life at the Elks Lodge. Kate, my thoughts and prayers go to you and your family. He will be dearly missed.

Growing up, Uncle Charlie was a larger than life figure in our family. My brothers and I all idolized our police officer uncle (still do!). Uncle Charlie was always so fun to be around, especially at Christmas parties when the grown-ups were sipping on their Martinis and laughing it up! He always laughed the loudest and what a wonderful laugh he had! He will be greatly missed. RIP Uncle Charlie.

Kate and Charlie moved next door to my family when I was 13. I fell madly in love. Kate would let me cook and come over all the time. I was quite the pest but never got turned away. I will always remember him coming home on his police motorcycle. He was the best and I will always hold him in my heart.
