February 20, 1939 - December 3, 2014
Passed away at home on December 3, 2014. Dearly beloved wife of James E. Higgins for almost 50 years. Devoted mother of Jeffrey Higgins and Chris Higgins. Cherished grandmother of Brodie James Higgins. Loving daughter of the late Philip and Norma Hultman. Dear sister of the late Alan Hultman.A resident of San Mateo, Cheryl was a lovely wonderful mother and wife who donated much time to help those in need throughout the Peninsula. She was always prepared to deliver a positive message of hope to so many throughout her time with the Crisis Center and Rape Trauma Center. Cheryl will forever be loved and dearly missed.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Sneider & Sullivan & O'Connell's Funeral Home, 977 So. El Camino Real in San Mateo. Interment at St. John's Cemetery in San Mateo. Donations to the American Cancer Society preferred.
