I was saddened to learn of Chuck's passing today. I was an employee of Security Pacific Bank in Carmel from April of 1976 until April 1978 having started with the Bank in 1971. Chuck had been the Assistant Manager under Victor Pamkowski I believe from the time the office was opened until he moved up subsequently.

Tina and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. No one could ask for a better individual to work for. Chuck was always encouraging, generous, irreverent, blunt, smart, disarming, and always a keen judge of character. He has always been my role model in how to succeed and thrive in a corporate environment. More than anything, Chuck showed us how to balance work and family.

My deepest sympathy to Chuck's family. Chuck was one of the best managers I ever had and was a very special person for many of us at the Bank. He was so proud of his family and often counseled me to put family first. He showed great kindness in many ways, but did it very quietly.
