I only learned that Danielle had died yesterday when I saw her name on a gravestone at Holy Cross Cemetery.
I knew Daniele when she was a camper and then a counselor at Archbishop Riordan High School's Camp Crusader in the mid-1980s. I remember that she was a full of life, full of joy, and that both as a camper and a counselor she made the camp a better place each day. I cannot say I knew her for very long, or very well. But having known her is a very pleasant memory and I have absolutely no doubt that that is true of everyone who ever met her.

She was a deeds not words person, too! God bless all of you.
