Local 302 and the Northbay family is mourning at the loss of Domin. He was an great friend,and an exception leader at Northbay P&DC. While retired, his spirit is still missed at NB. Our condolences to his family.

I have heard many stories of what a wonderful man, father, and grandfather Domin was. I was blessed to have been taken in as one of their own by the Tanchoco family on Mother's Day a few years ago and I saw truly what a wonderful person Domin was, as well as the amazing family that he raised. My heart is with them through these tough times
