Eilene Legorreta Obituary
She loved weekend excursions with her dear friends in Santa Rosa and she appreciated living close to San Francisco where she enjoyed many types of music as well as visiting the museums; she was looking forward to the re-opening of SFMOMA. She especially loved seeing performances of San Francisco Opera. She is survived by her sisters, Jean Larette and Jacqueline Erdman (Christian) and her nieces Charlotte Townsend and Mackenzie Erdman. Family and friends are welcome to attend her memorial service on Friday, March 18th at 11:00am at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to San Francisco Opera in her memory.

I met Eilene one evening at the opera with Greg (Swendsen) - she had a warm, inviting smile. My heart goes out to Jacqui and your family for your loss.

I knew Eilene for about three years, she was always smiling and ready to help and was such a pleasure to work with. I will miss her positive attitude towards life and everybody around.

I didn't know Eilene personally but my sister Deirdre and my self know very well the pain of losing a family member. Our thoughts and prays are with you at this time of sadness.

Truly a loyal friend with a blend of sugar and spice.
Eilene had an old fashioned attitude towards her friendships and a contemporary twist for fun and adventure.
She would be the first to celebrate a victory or a Holiday with you and the first to support you and lend you a hand to get back up when life knocked you down.
Whether with positive words or a crack of a joke, she was always present in good times or bad.
I will miss our trips to the Flower Mart where Eilene would cover every inch of the market and have a child like enthusiasm for getting ready for the Holiday's.
Our return trips home were always memorable, as we always over purchased and would be giddy from laughing over our cramped rides home in our "Holiday sleigh".
Eilene made the most of every celebration and Holiday and it was truly an honor to be her friend.
I will miss you "Chicka" hugs and kisses forever my sweet friend.
I know you will be cheering us all on from above ❤❤❤
