My husband John and I were neighbors of Elaine's in the early 70's when we moved to Indian Valley (Novato). She was a kind, sweet and funny gal. She encouraged me to join the Mounted Sheriff's Patrol. It was an interesting experience, one I will never forget. Elaine was very encouraging to all the young people like ourselves. She was a person you could count on. Elaine will definitely be missed.
