Elliot Eisenberg Obituary
10/18/1949 - 01/18/2021
Dr. Elliot S. Eisenberg peacefully passed away in his San Francisco home on Monday January 18, 2021. Elliot's son Kyle, daughter in law Cherisse and close friends Pam Sheets and Ana Garcia were by his side making sure he was comfy and safe.
Elliot did so many things at the elite level. He was an ophthalmologist, competitive Pool player, Torah student, black belt in Shotokan Karate, a loving father, grandfather and loyal friend.
Elliot was the only living son of Rose and Irving Eisenberg. He was born in Duluth Minnesota on October 18, 1949. He attended UC Berkeley for his undergrad and completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
We will miss Elliot's intellectual insights, witty jokes, and strong presence in our lives.

I worked with Elliot in the 70's as a medical assistant. He was the youngest doctor I have ever worked with. We worked well together! So many good memories!

I have always admired and was a little bit jealous of Elliot, my multitalented friend since we both played French horn in the Ordean Junior High School band. He was a good person as well as a good friend and I am sure he is in a good place now.

Elliot was our next door neighbor in Russian Hill. He was a gentle and quiet man but always pleasant and polite. We are only in SF four month a year so our contact was limited. I am sad that we didn’t get to know Elliot better; what an accomplished and devout individual. May he Rest In Peace and remembered by his love of family and those closest to him. Phil and Sandy Ringo
