Emma Pauline Bernadette Dillon At rest, August 11, 2006 after a short illness. Beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Dillon; loving mother of Joseph P. Dillon (Jean), Judy Christiansin (Harvey), Claire Dillon; cherished grandmother of Gregory Christiansin (Tina). Emma was raised in San Francisco and graduated from Mount St. Joseph High School. She lived on the Peninsula for 40 years and moved to Sammamish, WA, in 1990. She was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church and Redmond Senior Center. Emma, an avid gardener, also enjoyed crocheting, travel and arts and crafts. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph in 1974; daughters, Dolores 1985 and Susan in 1957; and her sister Gertrude Donohue in 1994. Family and friends are invited to attend a Vigil Service/Rosary on Tuesday, August 15th at 7pm at Sullivan's Funeral Home at 2254 Market St, SF. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Mission Dolores Church, 3321 16th St, SF, on Wednesday, August 16th at 11am. She will be laid to rest with her husband and daughters at Holy Cross Cemetery.
