She graduated from Mission High School with her life long friend, Doris Brodie. Evelyn married the love of her life, Frank Fitzpatrick in 1946. In 1954 they moved to South San Francisco where they raised three children. Evelyn was known for her wonderful Sunday night dinners where her children and grandchildren would gather around the table.
