To Frank's Family,
I heard today of Frank's death notice in last night's Globe. I am sorry to hear of the passing of a very loyal classmate from St. Gregory's elementary and UMass Boston. He was such a proud champion and look alike of his cousin Massachusetts own Joseph Moakley.
I have missed his impromptu phone calls the last couple of years. It was always a treat to pick up the phone, immediately recognize his voice, and review and laugh about times past. He took such pride in his Violet and his son Peter.
My sincere sympathy,
Grace Kelly, Braintree, MA
