Francis Piro Obituary
Survived by: daughter, Melissa Piro; grandson, Robert McGregor; and Colette's sister, Anne Bort. Colette Piro, was a native San Franciscan, the daughter of Daniel and Dorothy Collins.
Frank Piro, a native of Seattle, WA, the son of Henry and Loretta Piro, moved to San Francisco.
Mrs. Piro worked as an executive secretary in San Francisco and Brisbane. Dr. Piro was an award-winning teacher and principal for 50 years in the Brisbane School District and at Epiphany School in San Francisco. Dr. and Mrs. Piro were avid hikers and beagle enthusiasts.
Services: St. Dominic's Church, 2390 Bush St., San Francisco; Saturday, September 26 at 12:30 pm. Private Burial: Holy Cross Cemetery.

This is your old neighbor Vincent Petrovsky, middle child of Jane and Victor Petrovsky. I was thinking of your parents and was saddened to find they had both passed. My condolences to you and your family.
I have many memories of your mom cherishing my gardening talents.

Dear Mimi,
We were saddened and shocked to learn at the YMI Christmas party last night (Dec 6) of the passing of your parents and our dear friends. We will always remember your mom and dad with great affection and memories . . . hiking on Mt. Tam with your dad and the family Beagle, happy times at Panorama School, parties at the YMI, and even a fun day when we moved because it was your dad, Larry and Charlie who carried our furniture into our new house in Novato! I can't believe we did not get a chance to say good-by. I don't know if this message will reach you but I will have a Holy Mass said at our local church, Our Lady of Loretto in their honor.
Now I know why our messages were not returned as we always called your dad on his birthday.
