Frank Basuino Obituary
April 22, 1922 - January 27, 2015
Frank passed peacefully, surrounded by his devoted children and grandchildren. Born in San Francisco, he was the oldest son of the late Giuseppe and Maria Francesca Basuino, brother of the late Rose Meyer, Joseph (Ann), the late Alton and Herb Basuino.After graduating from Galileo High School, he married Lorraine Conte, the love of his life. They spent 55 wonderful years together until her passing.
He was a WWII Navy Veteran, founding member of St. Francis Cabrini Parish, Men's Club, I.C.F Br. 191, Bingo, and SIR 141.
Frank is survived by his children, Robert Basuino, and Diane Jenkins (Michael); grandchildren, Gina D'Amico (Jon), Rob Basuino (Monica), Angela Pena (Don), and Marie Jenkins; seven great-grandchildren; and his loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday Feb. 2 at 5pm, Vigil at 7pm, and Mass Tuesday at 11am, all at St. Francis Cabrini Church, 15333 Woodard Rd, San Jose. Entombment will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.

My deepest condolences to the Basuino family - I will always remember him as one of our nicest neighbors and friends on Kathleen St. He always had a smile for everyone and a good heart. I hope you all will be comforted by God's love during this difficult time.
