George was a wise man, honest man, good man, father, an served his country. It was in the army that my father Joe Midyett met George. He was a great friend to my father and helped our family through tough financial times.
George You made a difference and will truly be missed!
My belated condolences to the he Honma family,
Marcus Midyett

A highly accomplished jeweler and watchmaker - he taught his family the business. K&G Jewelers was faithfully patronized by the Russian-American community of California, to the point that even Rolex watches were entrusted to his care and repair. The real tragedy was when K&G Jewelers shuttered their doors for the last time. When our time comes to go, go we must - but those who are entitled to our gratitude must not leave without our thanks. Rest in Peace, George - and thank you. GB
