September 21, 1948 - July 14, 2023
Grace Wong, 74, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, and recently of Houston, Texas, sadly left us too soon on July 14.
She is survived by her devoted husband Jimmy, her beloved children Tiffany, Patrick, and Justin, her wonderful in-laws Jon, Mary, and Jennifer, and her precious grandchildren Michael, Coraline, Caleb, and George. She will be missed by her extended community of amazing family and lifelong friends.
A funeral service will be held in her honor at 10:00 am PST on Sunday, August 06 at Green Street Mortuary in San Francisco, CA.

Dear Naai Naai,
There was a period in our lives during which we lived together as well as in proximity to you and Yeh Yeh. Those days I will remember and cherish because you were such an important influence in Coraline and Caleb´s lives. And you were always prepared- better over than under was the thought. When the kids were hungry, they had food. When bored, they had games. When cold, they had extra clothes. When sick, they had medicine. When tired, they had your arm. Nothing more could possibly be asked and always the cup was full. You used to say that the angels must have been watching over you when you raised three kids, but the fruits of your labor were also evident.
If ever there was someone´s birthday, you never forgot it and made every effort to celebrate each one. Your level of organization was key to many successes. And your quirky sense of humor was uplifting, which I could relate because I think Justin also inherited it.
I have many memories of our times together and the advice you shared. I can still hear your chuckle when the kids would do something funny or perhaps remind you of your own.
There was this shirt that you gave to Coraline with a pink heart on it and the word kind. You said you wish the kids would grow up learning to be kind to others.
Though you watch us from heaven, I want you to know how deeply thankful we are for you and that many things would not be possible without your kindness, strength, wisdom and love.
We love you and miss you. Naai Naai, you will always be in our hearts.

We, the Wan family members are sending our deepest sympathy to Jimmy, the couple Justin & Jennifer, and other family members. If memory serves, we strongly felt Grace a capable wife and loving mother to her sons and daughter...During the post-wedding banquet of you both, we happened to sit next to Jimmy and Grace, touching on the subject of how to raise the kids with love and care and Grace presented a loving care she was very proud of. Indeed, this recollection seems yesterday to us, not years back in Denville, New Jersey.

Grace, I miss you so much. I miss hearing the joy in your voice when you´re sharing about your family, your grandchildren Michael, Coraline, Caleb, and George. You took care of your family whole heartedly. You raised and nurtured three outstanding and successful children, Tiffany, Patrick and Justin. You cared for your friends. I miss you calling me to greet me and my family. I was looking forward to spending time together on your Seattle trip.
Grace, my dear friend, you left us so suddenly and too soon, but you will forever be in my heart.
May God´s mercy and blessings be with you and your family.
