Howard R. Samuel, 93, a native San Franciscan passed away peacefully at Mission Hospice House. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Berkeley and served in the Navy during WW II. He was a Co-founder of Wain, Samuel & Co., CPA and practiced over 40 years. He served on the Board of Suicide Prevention & Crisis Center for over 15 years. Howard was an avid tennis player, saltwater fisherman, health club enthusiast and an active member of the Peninsula Golf & Country Club.
