May 13, 1932 - May 8, 2023
Jeannette passed away peacefully five days shy of her 91st birthday, surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by the love of her life and husband of 65 years Gene De Martini, parents Frank and Teresa Queirolo, and brother Joseph. Jeannette leaves behind four devoted children Lorraine (Kevin) Shuba, Louise (Romando) Lucchesi, Sue and Joe De Martini, four cherished grandchildren Chris Shuba, Stephen (Charlene) Shuba, Robby and Laura Lucchesi, and great-granddaughters Yoona and Mina Shuba. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and countless devoted friends.
Jeannette was born in San Francisco and attended St. Brigid's, Lone Mountain, and SF State. Jeannette was a teacher before dedicating her life to her family as a homemaker, a role in which she found great joy.
In her final years, Jeannette was lovingly cared for by her four children. Heartfelt thanks also extended to caregivers Tenzin and Kathy.
Visitation after 6:00 pm (Rosary 7:00 pm) on Tuesday, 5/16 at McAvoy & O'Hara, 4545 Geary Blvd., SF. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, 5/17, 10:00 am, St. Vincent de Paul Church (2320 Green St, SF) Memorial donations preferred to the Museo Italo Americano, Fort Mason Center, 2 Marina Blvd. Bldg. C, SF CA 94123.

Dear DeMartini family,
My Dad worked with Gene at Golden Gate Garbage company. Mom and Dad had many great evenings at my Mom and Dad home. Your Mother always had the most beautiful smile on her face. RIP Jeanette, you are now together with your loving husband Gene.
