John was a wonderful co worker at the Santa Clara County Juvenile Probation Dept, respectful of his fellow Probation Staff, professional but very personable and kind. His was a joyful spirit always with a smile and something pleasant to say. It was a gift to know him and to have worked with him.

John was an original merry prankster and all around good guy, also from the Richmond District of San Francisco. He was my camp counselor at CYO in Occidental and made the experience for all campers joyful. He was a polished raconteur and good role model big brother type. Several of my friends/fellow campers went to St. Joseph's for high school because of John's influence. I can understand why he got into his career and did such a professional job. I'm sorry for your loss. You will remember all the times and experiences in your life spent with this joyful and fun person. Peace and Love Steve Dells
