Looked forward to having him come over to fix any job I had for him. My condolences to his family.

Margaret and I were privileged for decades to have Joe as our plumber. No one was more professional, conscientious or honest. Like many of Joe's clients, we befriended Joe and Ester over the years. We enjoyed running into them at The Gold MIrror and especially at Marcello's which we both loved. When that happened, Joe never failed to chat (Joe loved to chat) often lamenting how the world was going to Hell in a hand basket. The greatest tribute we pay someone in Gaelic is to say "ni bheidh a leithead ann aris" -"we will never see his likes again." Rest in Peace,Joe. Tom and Margaret Mc Carthy.
