It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, Judith Ann Voigtlander. She passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 24th at the age of 86. She was born on July 17, 1939 in San Francisco, CA. She was a devoted wife, cherished mother, and adored grandmother and great-grandmother.
Judy dedicated her life to her family and friends. Her warmth, kindness, and strength were an inspiration to all who knew her. She found great joy in gardening, baking, painting, sewing, and spending time with family and friends. For many years, she also loved traveling, especially cruises and trips to Hawaii. We all remember so many trips to the family cabin, where Mom always had a hot meal ready when we arrived after a day of skiing. In addition to her devotion to her family and friends, Judy was a paraeducator for 25 years in the San Francisco Bay Area and helped hundreds of children learn to read.
She was a guiding light in our lives, and her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Judy is survived by her husband, Dallas F. Voigtlander, her four children, six grandchildren, and five great grandsons.
