March 19, 1956 - June 26, 2018
Longtime San Mateo County resident Kevin Michael Duggan, 62, passed away on June 26th after an extended and pain-filled final battle with cancer. Born in San Francisco to Patrick and Pauline (Burke) Duggan in March of 1956, he came to San Mateo when the family moved to the Shoreview neighborhood in 1958. Kevin grew up there, attended and graduated from both Saint Timothy Catholic School and Junipero Serra High School.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

I went to grade school with Kevin and am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I remember him as very proud, confident, and strong in his beliefs. Condolences to his family and friends.
